This year’s theme, Overcoming Barriers, Building Connections and Unlocking Inclusive Growth, will explore how businesses can navigate uncertainty, access support, and build the strong networks needed to thrive. The event will feature a mix of keynote talks, interactive workshops and networking opportunities designed to equip attendees with valuable tools and fresh perspectives.

The keynote speaker for this year’s conference is Kirsty Hulse, an award-winning motivational speaker and entrepreneur. Kirsty founded her first company at just 26, achieving nearly $1 million in turnover in its first year, and has since delivered training programmes for some of the world’s biggest companies, helping over 40,000 people improve their confidence. Her talk will blend psychology, humour and real-world experience, offering insight into ‘practical optimism’, staying motivated without burnout, and building a profitable business in uncertain times.

The event will be hosted by Rachel Haith, coach and speaker at Inspired Life Group and co-host of the Renny Show podcast. Rachel is passionate about helping people respond to life’s challenges with confidence and resilience and will guide attendees through the day’s programme.
