We offer businesses looking to locate or expand in the area free and confidential advice. Our one-stop solution and introduction service takes the pain out of having to contact lots of different agencies.

The service we provide can include:

  • bespoke information on the local economy, business sectors, workforce, property, housing, and education
  • signposting to sources of support for relocating or expanding businesses
  • free land and property search for business premises
  • arranging site tours in the area

We work in partnership with neighbouring areas, including Lincolnshire. We also work with the UK’s national investment agency, the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade.
